During this 40-minute phone call, we will get to know you and your travel party, and introduce ourselves and our services. After discussing your vacation goals and describing what we can provide, if it seems we will be a good fit, we will invoice you for our planning fee, then immediately get to work building the ideal package for your family.

We will expertly curate and book each element required for your trip. These items may include Accommodations, Tickets, Dining Plans, Trip Protection, Memory Maker, and Transportation.

We ensure that you experience a well-balanced sampling of all that Disney has to offer, according to your timeframe, budget, and personal favorites. We reject the myth that families at Disney will inevitably feel rushed and worn out on their vacation; we like to book smarter, not harder. Our clients reap the benefits of our veteran knowledge, with well-timed park entries, distance-aware routes, optimal dining and enchanting extra reservations, and savvy downtime moments.

The booking window for these items opens 60 days out at 6am. Everything that can be booked at this time will be booked by us. We will make our expert suggestions, prioritize your must-dos, and masterfully weave together the whole plan, running it all by you before locking it in at dawn, 2 months before your arrival. These reservations may include items such as VIP Tours, Bibbidi Bobbidy Boutique, Custom Sabre/Droid Builds, Fireworks Parties, and Dining.

We will create a custom plan for your Lightning Lane purchases in order to maximize your in-park experience. For guests staying on Disney property, the booking window for Lightning Lanes will open 7 days prior to arrival at 7am. Once this window opens, we will secure all lightning lanes for you, marking the finalization of your custom vacation itinerary.

We will assist in setting up all Disney accounts, linking all Disney resort reservations and tickets, and digitally connecting all travel companions. We will then provide an additional 30-minute phone conversation, during which time we will explain the app interface and provide various tips for in-park successes.

Before your departure, we will provide an up-to-date pdf guide that details our most current recommendations for the daily in-park play-by-play. Our client-exclusive guide takes into consideration all of the most recent changes to attractions; crowd calendars; lightning lane sell-out data; and rope-drop strategies, to create clear, easy-to-follow, step-by-step checklists. Use these guides to enjoy the magic and reject the stress, even during the busiest times of the year.
